Terms of service

These terms apply when you use fpldatamoves. The operator is FplDataMoves, Dublin, Ireland.

What is fpldatamoves?

fpldatamoves is a tool for Fantasy Premier League managers. It rates squads, shows player and fixture data, and gives AI advice. fpldatamoves is not affiliated with the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League.

No guarantee of results

Ratings, predicted points and AI advice are estimates. They can be wrong. They do not promise any result in your league. You make your own decisions.

Accounts

You need an account for the player and fixture pages, the screenshot rater, suggested transfers, AI analysis and your account page. You are responsible for your sign-in details.

Account rules

• You must be 18 years old or older to make an account.
• Give true details when you sign up. Keep them up to date.
• One account is for one person.
• Keep your password secret. Tell us at once if another person uses your account.

Close your account

To close your account, send an email to hello [at] fpldatamoves [dot] com. Use the email address of the account. If you have a monthly plan, cancel it in the Stripe Customer Portal first, so that it does not renew. We handle your data as the privacy policy says.

We can limit or close an account if you break these terms. We tell you the reason, unless the law stops us.

Monthly plans

A monthly plan is a subscription. It renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Stripe Customer Portal. Your access continues until the end of the period that you paid for.

Season pass

A season pass is a one-time payment. It does not renew. It gives access until 31 May 2027.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you live in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Our plans give you access at once. Before you pay, Checkout asks you to tick a box. With the box, you ask for access to start when your payment completes, and you agree that you lose the 14-day right to cancel that purchase when access starts. You can still cancel a monthly plan at any time to stop later payments.

Acceptable use

Use fpldatamoves for your own FPL decisions. Do not do any of these things:

• Share your account or your sign-in details with other people.
• Use a script, a bot or another tool to collect pages, data or AI answers in bulk.
• Use our content, ratings or AI answers to train, tune or test an AI or machine learning model.
• Copy, sell or publish our data or ratings for other people to use.
• Try to avoid a limit, for example your quota of AI analyses.
• Put a load on the service that harms other users.

If you break these rules, we can limit or close your account.

Ownership of content and data

We own the site, its design, its ratings and the text that our AI writes for you. You can use them for your own personal use. You do not get any other right to them.

Player, fixture and team data comes from the Fantasy Premier League service. The Premier League, Fantasy Premier League and the clubs own their names, logos and data. We do not claim them.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that it is free from errors or that it is always available. The FPL data comes from a third party and can be late or wrong. We can change or stop a feature at any time.

These limits do not apply to:

• death or personal injury that our negligence causes
• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• any right that you have by law as a consumer, which we cannot limit

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any of these losses:

• a lower place or a lost prize in your FPL league, or any decision that you make from our ratings or AI advice
• lost profit, lost business or lost data
• a loss that we could not foresee when you accepted these terms
• a fault in a service that we do not control, for example Stripe, Supabase, Vercel or the FPL service

Our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the first event that caused the claim.

Changes, ending your account and governing law

We can change these terms. For an important change, we send you an email or show a notice on the site at least 30 days before the change starts. If you do not agree, cancel your plan and close your account before that date. If you keep the account after the date, you accept the new terms. A new price does not change the period that you already paid for.

When an account ends, your access ends. The sections on acceptable use, ownership, liability and governing law stay in force after that.

English law applies to these terms. If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use the courts of your home country. If you live in another country, the consumer laws of that country can still apply to you.
